Raised several complaints with Tata sky since February 2019 but didn’t get any response. Everytimme called Tata sky call center and understood that no tickets are registered. Again raised a ticket on 27th April 2019, but didn’t get any service. When contacted the call center on 9th May, to my surprise I was told that the ticket was cancelled by the field engineer. Tata sky call center agents have no answer or resolution. I am demanding cancellation of services with complete fund of charges and charge for Tata sky box.
