Subject: FW: No Internet at Residence
Dear Team,
I am forwarding the trailing mail which is self explanatory. No redressal of my complaint has been done so far. I tried making complaint though the mobile app, it says “something is wrong” because of which i could not log in my complaint. I tried to call the 24 customer care help line. It kept on saying that one of the call guy will take my call but after few minutes it got disconnected automatically.
I would like to place on record that I have always been prompt in making the payment even during the present Covid time but I have not been getting any service.
Can you please look into it and ensure that needful done is immediately.
