I BROUGHT AIR TEL SIM CARD BY PAYING RS 75/- AS ADVISED BY ME AT THE AIR TEL CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE AT MALKAJGIRI, SECUNDERABAD. DEPSITE THE AMOUT TO BE CHARGED FOR REPLACEMENT OF SIM IS ONLY RS50/- THE SERVICE CENTRE DEMANDED RS 75/- AND RECEIVED THE SIM. WHICH I WAS TOLD WILL BE ACTIVED IN 3 HOURS. BUT DEPITE 24 HOURS PASSED NO ACTION WAS INITIATED BY THE AUTHORITIES CONCERNED. SIM NO 9963294700
