I was registered Jio-fibre consumer with Service ID 299942587124 with No +91-11-79650892. a amount of Rs 2500 was deposited on 25.09.19 and a router installed on 28/09/2019 which is till date non-functional. Service request No SROOOOOYWPOV dated 29/09/19 was also taken but till date no action has been taken. I now want Jio fibre to refund my money as I do not want the un reliable service of Jio.
