my prepaid mobile no.9892649218 blocked by airtel personnel serving in your call centre as the asked me to intimate account no of bank but i refused to give him’ he told that your no. Blocked now and will not work.  I contacted to airtel customer care but they not not able to solve this problem . Since last 18 years i am using this no.  But extremely sorry to say that a huge company like airtel such types of behaviour  found in your company..

I contacted  the airtel gallery pithoragarh  they made duplicate sim but no problem sort out.

Also contacted to airtel gallery thane ther saying all is ok but the sim is not working ..why……….it seems ……….to harass the customer

Kindly take the matter with higher authority  l.
