Dear Sirs,

• My name is Joseph Raja and forced to Lodge this complaint as my cellular network in my Jio connection has not been functioning since 30 days. In spite of repeated complaints made no rectification has been done till date. I have been requesting the customer care executives to atleat register my complaint which was denied for reasons unknown to me. At last they have given me a reference number SR00000G18 and have asked me to contact the Appallete. Due to the above issues, I was forced to visit the browsing centers to use the internet. It’s therefore that I must be compensated for the loss and hardships. Though I had been trying to to any get any higher officials on line, I was made to wait and finally the line gets disconnected. This is the plight I have been facing for the past 30 days. Hope & pray that necessary action is immediately taken in this regard.
