Airtel number, which has been non-functional for the past few days. I have contacted your customer care several times, but they have not been able to resolve the issue.
My Airtel number is and I have been facing issues with making and receiving calls, sending and receiving messages, and accessing the internet. I have tried all the basic troubleshooting steps like restarting the phone, checking the network settings, and switching the SIM card to another phone, but nothing seems to work.
I have contacted your customer care several times, and each time I am told that the issue will be resolved within 24 hours, but it never happens. I have also visited your nearest Airtel store, but they were not able to provide any solution and suggested that I contact customer care again.
I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received from Airtel. As a loyal customer for many years, I expect better support and timely resolution of my issue. I hope that this email will bring attention to my problem and that it will be resolved as soon as possible
