Booked OnePlus nord phone on 7th August 2020 and delivery was scheduled for today-25-8-20. When contacted informed that the.product got damaged and returned to sender. Wait for another 15 days for refund. This is cheating by Amazon. Taken full money of 2799/- and kept it for 20 days. Drama in the name of damage. Enjoying huge money for around 45 days and no compensation. Public,P do not order OnePlus phone through Amazon. Contact centre of Amazone is the worst. No resolution even after talking to 45 minutes. Beware. Joseph
