I ordered xiaomi mi pad 4 plus LTE 4G tablet online from online shopping portal www.freecout.in on 30 March 2019. I paid Rs. 26640/- by debit card for the purchase. The site said that they need 10 days proccesing time to ship the item with order number 25527. Since, there was no status change from processing status after 10 days, I sent them an online enquiry last week for which I did not receive any reply. Today I find that I am unable to login at the above https site and I am getting the message that server IP address could not be found. Details of order confirmation and acknowledgement of payment by freecout.in is attached herewith in the form of their invoice. Please help me get back the refund of Rs. 26640/- paid to them.
