I have carried out an online purchase from fibre fashion by paying an amount of RS. 598, through razor pay method.The merchant confirmed the payment and order (order no.7779). Since the delivery was delaying, I send a mail to their given contact mail I’d ‘fibrefashion02@gmail.com’but there was no reply.Currently their site can’t be reached showing that ip address could not be found. Please do the needful for refunding my amount.
