For the above order, I wish to make an official complaint. I ordered phone Samsung M30 on 15th Oct & the delivery was expected on 17th Oct. He came with order a day in advance on 16th Oct, I told him, being a working day I am not available & he can deliver the same on Saturday 19th Oct.
Now on 19th Oct, to my surprise I get a message that this order is delivered at 5.20 am, however I haven’t received it yet. This is extremely frustrating !
Please note that I bought the phone in exchange of my old phone, as I told him to come on 19th Oct morning at 10 am, I had uninstalled all the applications & formatted my phone too. Now for past 2 days I am feeling completely handicapped.
I called your customer service team thrice in last 2 days & I have not
been provided with any solution.
How can the order be marked as delivered when actually it is never delivered ??
Not an experience expected from a professional organisation like Amazon !
More importantly, not an experience Amazon wants to have for their Prime Customers !
Please update me on order delivery if possible, else I am feeling helpless anyways !
