Hi,
This is Parthasarathy and I have ordered the washing machine in IFB appliances on Diwali offer with cash on delivery option. However the product was not delivered and when I am contacted the IFB customercare through their tollfree number they told me that there is no cash on delivery in my area and we cannot deliver the product. And they suggested me to raise the new request with other mode of payment option, as per their suggestion I have visited the IFB appliances site to raise the new order but there is no offer available at this time. Kindly file the case on IFB.
