I gave an order on 18 Dec. 2020 through Amazone India for Smead Fas Tab Hanging File Folder Letter size (64099) for Rs. 3243/89. The amount was paid through VISA card. As the product was not delivered I complained to them and asked for refund through chatting with a staff designated by Amazone. The staff promised me to make the refund on 22 February 2021. Till date they have not credited the amount.
