I have placed the order 11 Nov 2018, after placing the committed order date was 16 Nov 2018. Then on 13 Nov 2018, the time changed to 17 nov 2018. I called paytm mall care they said the product is 30 min away from my place. As it was a gift for someone so I have requested them if they can help me out with the location I can get it self-collected from the place. The team suggested me to wait for 1 hrs either they will confirm the location or they will be get delivered before 8 PM. Then no update till 16 Nov 2018, on 17 Nov I got an update that product is out for delivery and it will be delivered by 17 Nov 2018 by 3:30 PM Shared number for FE is 9599181874 name is Sanjeev Rao. The shared number is an invalid number. Then on 17 Nov around 11 PM, I called to customer harassment center they again suggested me to wait till tomorrow. I have wait till 12 pm then I called again in the center, Executive name: Abhishek. He answered my call I was asking for the correct number and exact status, he was telling something else when I asked ” Are you deaf or idiot?? Do you know what am I asking?” He replied to me ” Ap Hoge” is that the way paytm handles their customer. When I asked him for the employee id he gave me the id and then you can do whatever best you can do it from your side.
