I placed an order for a mobile – Genex Galaxy M21 Smartphone6GB RAM/128GB-Raven Black x 1 no on 20th July 2020 at https://simplegadget.in/ with price amount of Rs.2999 and after getting order I received a mail confirmation from the same site saying that my order no is SGD 1168 and the order is getting ready to be shipped. Till date, has not received any shipment or advice from them. On sending a mail to their helpsimplegadget@gmail.com, their is no reply. Their website is not accssable. Hence, seen remedy in getting back the payment of rs.2,999/- made to them through SBI CREDIT CARD.
