I ordered a mobile phone costs Rs 2999 on June 2. I paid the money online because COD option was not given there. After paying, I received a confirmation msg notifying that I’ll be getting a email once my order is shipped. But still I didn’t receive any kinda mail from them. I tried sending a mail to their helpline. But they’re not accepting the mail to receive them. Everytime I send the mail, after 2 days the message pops like there is a temporary problem in delivery. What can I do now? I lost my 3000. How should I get it back?
