Order was placed with Amazon on 15th of April 2023. They attempted to deliver the product on 19.04.2023. When the courier boy contacted me, my mobile phone switched off sothat I was not able to tell him about OTP sent to mobile to enable him to deliver the product. Later, after mobile phone was charged, I called him. He said item would be delivered late evening. But, not delivered On 19.04.2023 evening, I called him he said it would be delivered tomorrow (20.04.2023). But not delivered. On 20.04.2023, I called him again. He said item has been handed over to the office and the item would be delivered by some other person. But the item has not been delivered till now. During this period, I have lodged complaint in Amazon customer care. They have constant reply “Out for delivery / It has been rescheduled”. Above all, whenever I search the delivery for the Item, system shows “OUT FOR DELIVERY”, which is fake information / updation. Without knowing the product where it is, they simply say “OUT FOR DELIVERY”.
