This mail is regarding one of my missing parcels, which i had ordered on 7th August 2023. It is showing on my account that it has been delivered with Philips blender (the other order). But did not receive the Bluetooth earphones. I had raised a complaint regarding this, to which the customer care service denied saying, they can’t do anything about it as it is showing it has been delivered. Hanging the phone saying we cannot help you further on this. I will be attaching the details about this order which i haven’t received in any form. I have paid for the order n i have not gotten it. So kindly provide me with the details of the order of when n where it is delivered or kindly refund my money.
I has been really bothering. Please look into this matter and resolve it.
