I ordered a Halo Nation truck toy child on 19/1/2021, order no. 403-5847094-1465108. the order total was rs 369theorder reached the destination place Nilumbur on 29/Jan/2021. but it was not delivered. I did not receive a single call that day, but in the staus, it was shown- Delay delivery on customer request. Next day i received a call saying it shall be delivered on Monday. On Saturday and Sunday the status was Delay delivery on customer request. on monday returned to seller. had to order gain the new one . and i am waiting for your response before proceeding to consumer court.
