I have placed an online order on Boxgig.in for purchase of Teclast T30 Android 9.0 4G Phone call Tablet 10.1 with wireless keyboard” on 19th August,2020 and made a payment of Rs.2999/- through PAYUMN which was duly received by them and credited to the account of Mr.Priyanshu Jain on 19th August,2020.
To know the status of my online order, I sent two messages to them on their email “helpboxgig@gmail.com” but to my great disappointment they did not give ear to my complaints.
Hence it is requested to please lodge a complaint and arrange to get my money refunded.
Thanks and your early action in this regard would be highly appreciated.
