Dear CCC,
I had purchased a bathroom mixer tap from amazon which was priced Rs. 2395 and prepaid for the amount Rs. 2155.76 (After discount offered). The product was supposed to be delivered on 7th of August 2020. Since the product was not delivered after the promised date; I contacted amazon on phone and I was asked to wait for 4 or 5 days until it is resolved. This happened twice and today; 07-Oct-2020; I contacted them again to get a reply that I should cancel the order and purchase it for a new higher price (which has gone high in the mean time) of the product that is around Rs. 3100. I feel this is not a fair business practice and appealed on it and I am given another 5 days to wait for the issue resolution.

I have faith and hope that CSS would stand as a mediator for this issue to sort this the right way possible.
