Order date -19/08/23
I received the order on specified date .But was not satisfied with the quality of the product so requested for an replacement .
After few days ,I received the replacement .
But the box seen to have been tampered and the bill was torn
When I opened the box ,the earbuds were missing from it .
After lodging the complaint with the Amazon ,with so called investigation they have refrained from helping me with it .
So I have not received the product and not even received the refund .
