Kulkeet Kwatra claims to be a craftsman making stuff for home, such as clocks and show pieces and plaques. He has taken a payment from me totalling Rs.18,200/- for 2 clocks and 2 plaques (including the entire cost), and has gone missing ever since. Hasn’t delivered a single piece till date. He doesn’t respond and later blocks calls and messages.
