I had ordered three sets of necklaces from Ethnic Cube on 17th November 2020 amounting to Rs 987. My order number is 4445. There was an initial email confirming the order but after that there is no communication from their end despite repeated emails. They don’t even have a contact number. Just an email id. Internet search shows several others defrauded by them.
