Text of Complaint by THANZEELA:

I am filing a complaint against Zuhriyaa, a company selling clothing items through their Instagram page and potentially their website (https://zuhriyaa.com/).

On April 12, 2024, I placed an order for a salwar through their Instagram page. Despite waiting over two months, as of July 5, 2024, I have not received the product. Additionally, my attempts to contact Zuhriyaa’s customer service regarding the order status have been unsuccessful, with no proper response received.

Furthermore, I have recently discovered YouTube videos alleging a pattern of similar delays and undelivered orders from Zuhriyaa. These videos suggest Zuhriyaa might be engaging in fraudulent business practices by taking full payment for orders and then failing to deliver the products or provide refunds.
