Text of Complaint by Charanjeet Singh:

I have ordered tablet from Boxgig.in on 20th August at Rs. 2499/-. Received confirmation mail on the same day but I haven’t received any delivery till now. from last 3-4 days I was trying to check on-line but now its showing “web page not available”.

Mail ID mentioned in the mail : helpboxgig@gmail.com

I have mailed but no response.

Also received SMS post payment (Payment ID 347473235) for Divyanshu Jain

So, I am filing compliant against boxgig.

Would like to know how to proceed & how to get my money back please.

please let me know if any other information required.
