I have ordered JH Gallery Handmade Recycled Material Figurines Rajasthani Dulha Dulhan/Home Decor/Home Furnishing/Firgurine/Idol/Gifting Idol/Decorative Figurine (11 cm x 11 cm, Pack of 1 Pair) on dated 30 – 05-2021 which was expected to deliver on 05-06-2021 but on dt 04-06-2021 I have got a msg “Delivery arrangements needed: Carrier unable to contact you about your Amazon package with JH Gallery Handmade…. More info at https://amzn.in/d/9Pjy1Uy” and on dt 05-06-2021 got a msg for delivery rejected reason refused at the time of delivery . I want to aware about if customer’s mobile number would not be available to reach why we are providing our address and why u alls are asking for address details even you couldn’t deliver the product on bank address
