I had ordered for a washing machine on March 4 under exchange scheme. I paid the exchange-adjusted price, INR 4599, upfront. Their engineer visited and inspected my machine, upon which they informed me I will be charged an extra INR 1700. I asked them to reconsider, and they said they will call me back, which of course they didn’t. When I finally managed to get through them and agreed to pay the extra sum, they refused to honour their commitment, saying they had stopped all exchange. So then I started asking them to refund my money, and they have stopped replying to emails now. Nor does their customer care number work
