I have purchased Deep tissue messager from Litkart on 28 Jul 20, with order no. 4104. I received message on mail that my order is confirmed and on the way. But till today neither I received the product nor any update on mail or mobile number. Kindly guide as to what to do? I am planning to go to court for lodging complaint.
