Non delivery of product even after making payment in advance online

Text of Complaint by Chhail Bihari Sharma:

I ,Chhail Bihari Sharma Sub Inspector in Delhi Police, on 20.10.2022 at about 7.20 PM placed an order online to Blinkit, for twinings pure camomile green tea bags pack pricing Rs. 322/-. I paid Rs. 322/- in advance and I entered the address as room no. 205, first floor, DCP office complex, sector-5, Bhagwan mahavir marg delhi-110085. Thereafter i kept waiting but when the delivery did not reach then after one hour I made a call to Blinkit and they told that product has been delivered at Mumbai.
This is the cheating on their part, one I did not mention any of the address of Mumbai how could they deliver my order on other address. I do not from where they attached the location of their choice against my order. I reside in delhi my mobile number 9654283719 is of delhi. I never visited mumbai. I do not any known one in Mumbai.
Once I brought the matter of non delivery into the knowledge of their staff. They flatly told that they can not help. I asked them that once delivery boy reaches to the address, is it not his duty whether he/she is delivering the product at correct place.
I asked them to revert back the product from the wrong address and deliver to me. They refused.
Please redress my grievance. please get my money back with penalty.
