Hi Team,
I have purchased a luminous inverter from Amazon on 28th May and Amazon promised me a guaranteed delivery by 30th May. Since the order was placed, there is no update on the shipping details. From 31st May onwards, I am in touch with Amazon customer care executives stating that the price will change from 1st June in the retail store. To which he replied that we have a price difference policy and we will assure you of your compensation as they did not allow me to cancel the product for the refund. Now, they carelessly denying all those despite having higher price in Amazon.
