Hello I ordered 2 dress from a instagram site called everything under 1k for diwali

After 12 days I called them, left voice msg, no response for whatsapp messages too.. then after threatening to complain they sent one one dress.. but another dress worth 2000 still not sent. I ordered for diwali but still they din dispatch.. I have all proof of payment and our conversation
