I had placed an order with Nykaa on Aug 11th and their delivery agent has the parcel since Aug 16th and has not delivered the order. I have raised several complaints with both Nykaa and the delivery agent and they are not delivering the order. Nykaa is not refunding the money and the delivery agent is behaving like a rogue when we call to follow up the delivery of the order. Both of them are cheating innocent customers in the market .
