Text of Complaint by Rakshit:

The product was spigen cover for s20 ultra . It was supposed to be delivered from 17 to 20th . But the product was not getting dispatched .so i suspected the product will be not delivered . Then began a series of long conversation spanning 3 days with the Amazon customer support 3 to 4 exceutives including a team leader kept assuring me on the documented chat that nothing is wrong and that my product will be dispatched on time . They told me to have TRUST IN AMAZON . THEY TOLD ME TO WAIT TILL 20TH REPEATEDLY INSPITE OF ME TELLING THEM THAT I STRONGLY DOUBT THE PRODUCT WILL BE DELIVERED. The told me everything was in order. Today when the delivery date approached and the product was not there i aske them and now they told me that the product needs to be cancelled . My money and my time got wasted with these guys …they did not give am compensation for the false assurances that 4 seperate exceutives game me . This amounts to cheating the customer by giving false data and assurance.what should i do
