I have ordered 3 qty of Activa fans wherein each qty contains 2 fans means a total of 6 fans (2 white and 4 brown) were ordered. However, at the time of delivery they provided 2 qty ie. 4 fans (2 white and 2 brown). In the meantime after the delivery of 2qty, they updated in app the they had delivered all 3 qty but that was not the case. I called customer care and lodge the complainant regarding the same. But there was no response against the complainant.
