Text of Complaint by Nikitha:

On 11th October I received a message that my product is out for delivery, its 14th today and I have still not received my product. No one is updating me regarding my product status. My product is a mobile phone for which I have paid my EMI, I am extremely dissappointed with Amazon. I am a prime member, I never expected to go through so much of trouble for such a costly product. I have made numerous complaints and no one has solved my issue. Highly dissappointed with Amazon.
