I had ordered a skullcandy true wireless indy evo earphones from their official site. The order was suppose to be delivered by 8 oct 2021, however it has not been delivered yet.
There is no update on their site. When i wrote to the customer care, only reply i get is contact the courier service. They are not at all bothered about the customer satisfaction and next to zero efforts from their side in terms of customer support.
