Text of Complaint by imran sheikh:

i purchased asus desk top online from amazon on 8th sep 2021..it was delivered on 16th sep 2021..on opening the pack desk top was damaged product..within 10 mins of delivery i called customercare services they told me to send pic of damaged product and i send them pic and they told me u r having 7 days replacement policy so ur product will be replaced within 7 days (i do have even its recording with me)…i was tracking the order, delivery boy came on 25 th sep 2021 means today and he made me to talk with his boss , he told him to deliver the order but bfr that delivery boy himself has cancelled the verification on its own…later he td me to call customer care they will send us mail and we will deliver you..when i called customer care they told u will get money back as uts only once product is replaced ..when i told them i requested once only they told but the delivery boy cancelled it again so its now twice..because of no fault of mine my product was cancelled and now i have to wait for 15 more days to get my payment back…
