I had placed the order to Jiomart for Singer Duro Plus Mixer Grinder with 3 Stainless Steel Jar 500 W
₹1,349.00 along with other items. The above product was not delvered and had raised the complain on 30/6/21. Since than have been calling up their customer service daily and have written multiple emails. Every time I have been informed that money has been refunded, but it is neither reflecting in Jiomart wallet nor in my bank account. Everytime they ask for 72 hours, but no refund. It has been 56 days since my first complain.
