Subject: Non‑delivery of prepaid order for over six months and failure to provide refund
I am filing this complaint against Zuhariya by Amjo, an online clothing store based in Kerala, for failing to deliver my prepaid order and refusing to provide any update or refund.
Details of the Issue
• I placed a preorder with Zuhariya by Amjo on 08/09/26.
• I paid ₹5250 via International card Payment Method.
• The seller initially promised delivery within one month .
• It has now been over six months, and I have not received the product.
• Despite multiple attempts to contact them through Instagram/WhatsApp/phone, I have received no proper response or resolution.
• The seller has not provided any tracking details, delivery date, or refund.
• Many other customers online have reported similar issues, indicating a pattern of unfulfilled orders.
Nature of Grievance
• Non‑delivery of product
• Unfair trade practice
• Withholding consumer money without service
• Lack of communication and refusal to refund
Relief Requested
I request the Consumer Forum to kindly direct the seller to:
1. Refund the full amount of ₹[amount] paid for the order.
2. Provide compensation for the delay, inconvenience, and mental distress caused.
3. Take appropriate action to prevent such practices from affecting other consumers.
