I ordered two crockery sets and dinnerware from festia.official insta handle and they assured delivery within 7 days. Rs.13497 was paid by me through UPI to an UCO bank Account. After being too late i contacted them for the delivery status, they said they’re not being able to dispatch the order because of the curfew situation at Manipur on 25th May,23. Later i tried calling them but showed switched off and till then they are not replying messages or not even seeing the messages.
