I had placed an online order on 21st October for a dress worth ₹249, but even after one month, I have not received the product. Whenever I check the tracking status, it keeps showing a new delivery date that is 4–5 days ahead each time.
I also tried contacting the seller using the phone number provided on the website, but the number is fake and unreachable. I have emailed them multiple times, but I have not received any reply or resolution.
This clearly indicates non-delivery of a prepaid order, misleading service, and possible fraudulent activity by the seller. I request immediate action, refund of my payment, and investigation into this seller’s practices.
