I Purchased a Samsung Galaxy M31 and Acko Total Damage Protection alongwith the Phone and the payment was cleared from my Credit Card on 15th August 2021. The delivery of the Phone was delayed as opposed to the Promised date and was delivered on 18th August 2021.
The Invoice and the delivery of the Acko Total Damage Protection is not yet done. When contacted Acko they have stated that they did not receive anything from Amazon end in regards to protection for this phone and the status of the Amazon Order is also showing yet to be delivered. When contacted Amazon on 18th Aug, 23rd Aug and 26th Aug they only say issue will be fixed in 2 days and its because of some technical issue.
