As per the order details in the subject. I have put up order for two items
1) ZORBES® Hard Drive Storage Bag for SanDisk Rs. 559.00 Qty: 1
2) SanDisk 4TB Extreme Pro Portable SSD 2000MB/s R/ W, Upto 3 meter drop… Rs.33,999.00 Qty: 1
on our Amazon business account operated from our email address mail@acesgoa.com.

As I tracked on your web site, both the items were to be delivered on the same day, on 12th April, 2024, at my home address, as I would not be available at our office address all the time.

At 9:02 am I received a message that the item 1 detailed above was delivered and about the item 2, I received another message at 09:06am that the delivery agent called me and he got no response from me, so it was not delivered. I found some thing is not normal. So contacted Amazon customer care on the same day 12th April about noon time. The customer service personnel assured me that he would do all necessary to get the both items delivered within 48 hours. But I got the delivery of the 2nd item on 13th April against the OTP to my wife, as I was not at home. The item 1 was still not however delivered. It was marked as delivered on your web portal on our account. So I requested a support call again ON 13th April, 2024 your customer care team. I have got a similar response as earlier that I should wait for 48 hours more. They will investigate where is the parcel and the would be delivered.

The item 1 was never delivered till 17th April, 2024. So I for requested customer care and this time the personnel (the lady) said that she would escalate the matter and sort the problem by 22nd April. Strangely this time against the item1 it was marked that “the customer has confirmed the item was delivered” on 21st April. Until this it was mentioned “delivered to the resident”.

So I requested customer care call again on 22nd April, as I was assured the the dispute would be sorted. Now, the gentle man said the issue is closed and he could not do any thing. He gave me you email address I am interested to escalate the issue. So I am sending this mail. How could some say that the issue is closed until the item is deliverd. During whole episode i have not got a single call from the delivery agent nor he visited my residence to enquire about whether the item was delivered or not.

Who is that customer that confirmed the delivery of the item 1 ?

The delivery agent has either delivered at a wrong address or pocked the item (?).

If this is the kind of service Amazon is offering to the customers, i would certainly not like to continue to order any thing on Amazon.in. I have been a having a personal account on amazon.in and had ordered several items worth several lakhs of Rupees for more than 10 years. This time I had to order these items on our business account, as I needed them for our office use.

These day the service agents drop the items ordered on my personal account in front of the door and go away. We come to know the item is delivered from the email notification and go out to the items, Luckily so far, we found them. As our flat is close to the road and the items can be seen from the road, it is possible can easily flick away before we could see.

Now, the fact is the Item 1 detailed above is not delivered yet to me. I hope someone in Amazon.in would take necessary action to deliver the item to me at the earliest.

Hoping someone will resolve the issue.
