I had ordered a Panasonic P85 NXT Blue Mobile phone costing Rs 4499/-amount paid vide debit card on 9th Dec-19 vide order No OD117273237768314000. I revieved an SMS on 12-12-19 that your order has been delivered. When inquired to my surprise the order was not delivered.
I have been put to great inconvenience.
