Ordered two chairs on the 17th of August. On the 24th, I had to follow up with them on mail because they didn’t have a tracking service. They mailed back on the 25th saying that the products will be shipped in a weeks time.

Wrote to them once again after a week which they reply saying that the products will be delivered in 7 – 10 days. So of course, I followed up with them once again on Sept 11th when they replied on the following day that they’ve been having problems due to the pandemic. Fair enough. The thing that got to me though was that they then said that the products will be ‘shipped’ by the coming Tuesday aka 15th Sept (a whole month later) Wow.

Now it really troubles me that they don’t have a customer care number. They have provided a number on the website which was picked up only once in the beginning. No twitter account rather conveniently. I wonder what kind of operation these guys run. It’s full of lies, uncertainty and frankly a lot of unnecessary stress.

Decided to get in touch the Mr Aditya Ghai on Facebook who claims to be the owner. He then assured that he will personally look into the matter. He also had the gall to tell us that the products are in production currently… A month after placing the order. I requested a refund only to have him disappear on us. Never to respond again.
