Text of Complaint by Neethu Elizabeth Varghese:

I am filing this complaint against Zuhariya by Amjo, an online clothing store based in Kerala, for failing to deliver my prepaid order and refusing to provide any update or refund.
• I placed a preorder with Zuhariya by Amjo on 8/09/2026
• I paid ₹5250 via international card Payment Method.
• The seller initially promised delivery within one month
• It has now been over six months, and I have not received the product.
• Despite multiple attempts to contact them through Instagram/WhatsApp/phone, I have received no proper response or resolution.
• The seller has not provided any tracking details, delivery date, or refund.
• Many other customers online have reported similar issues, indicating a pattern of unfulfilled orders.

• Non‑delivery of product
• Unfair trade practice
• Withholding consumer money without service
• Lack of communication and refusal
