Very unprofessional service by parvati fabrics parnika house(surat). I went from Mumbai to purchase sarees in bulk and selected sarees were supposed to reach my home by transportation as the mode of transport been told to me also full payment for sarees was done at the time of purchase. As per their commitment sarees should reach my home and amount of transportation was supposed to be given at the time of delivery but now the transport guy been calling me again and again since a week and telling me to collect my pracel from their godown which is very wrong at their part as per their commitment it should reach at my home and now when i am calling the parvati fabrics they are telling me to go and collect the parcel which is very far from my place . Never Ever go for any bulk purchase or for your wedding shopping to them as they cannot keep their word after payment being made.Now my calls are unaswered by them.
