I trust this message finds you well. My name is Tarsem Singh Saini, and I am writing to formally file a complaint against Qubekart regarding a transaction that took place on November 18, 2023. I placed an order for a Nokia 1100, totaling 2148 INR, and unfortunately, my experience has been deeply unsatisfactory.

Despite several attempts to contact Qubekart’s customer service, I have been unable to reach anyone, and to date, I have not received any order confirmation email or SMS. Moreover, the product I ordered has not been delivered, leading me to suspect the possibility of fraudulent activities on the part of Qubekart.

The lack of communication and unavailability of customer services is particularly concerning. My attempts to resolve this issue directly with the company have proven futile, exacerbating my dissatisfaction and leaving me with no option but to escalate the matter officially.

The address listed on the website is as follows: Oyester IT Park, Hitech City, Nanakaramguda, Telangana, 500081. However, I am beginning to question the authenticity of this information given the reported history of Qubekart engaging in scams.

I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter, including the verification of the provided company address. It is my hope that this complaint will be taken seriously, and appropriate action will be taken to address not only my concerns but also to prevent further potential victims of Qubekart’s questionable business practices.
