The vendor is not providing product delivery inspite of full payment in advance.

had placed an order one month ago and requested for exchange or refund the same i received. The dressess were not resembling to the image /video shown over the instagram to attract customers. Still i decided to go for exchange to different items agaisnt the purchase. Since 20 July, the person responsible is not able to give me a proper tracking id and keep saying i will get in 1 week. The only response i get is “OK” to each question i ask. This is mental harasment for customers like me and clearly i see this site is making fool of people. I want my refund now. Have paid 2000 Rs towards this which are of very low quality. Please help
